A Team Building Venue Where the Activities Aren't in a Conference Room.
Walk the river. Ride the trails. Take a shot at the archery range. Then talk about it over a farm dinner.
Shared experiences beat trust falls.
River & Roots Ranch is an outdoor team building venue near Jacksonville, Florida — a private 246-acre working ranch in Bryceville, about 40 minutes from downtown, hosting groups of 10 to 30+ for day rentals from $1,500 (off peak, Sun–Wed) or $2,500 (peak, Fri–Sat). Teams spend the day on real, guided activities — a guided river walk on the St. Marys, horseback rides, a group yoga or Pilates session, or an hour on the 3D archery course — then gather for a chef-prepared farm-to-table dinner on the lodge porch.
The strongest team bonds form in experiences slightly outside the ordinary, not in icebreaker exercises under fluorescent light. A morning at the river or an afternoon on the archery range gives colleagues a shared story — and the lodge great room is right there when you want to close the day with an actual working session.
