River & Roots Ranch is a corporate retreat venue near Jacksonville, Florida — a 246-acre private ranch in Bryceville, about 40 minutes from downtown, with AV-equipped indoor session space, fiber Wi-Fi, farm-to-table catering, and exclusive use of the entire property. Day offsites are $1,500 off peak (Sun–Wed) or $2,500 peak (Fri–Sat). Two-day offsites are $4,000 or $6,000; three-day offsites are $6,000 or $9,000. Overnight lodging for up to 20.

Day offsites comfortably host groups of 10 to 30+; overnight retreats accommodate up to 20 guests in on-property lodging at the Ranch House.
The lodge great room serves as the main session space with a big screen, speakers, and microphone available. The back deck, oak grove, and fire pit work as breakout spaces, and fiber Wi-Fi runs throughout the lodge.
Venue rental at River & Roots Ranch is $1,500 for a Sunday–Wednesday day offsite and $2,500 for a Friday or Saturday. Two-day offsites are $4,000 off peak and $6,000 peak; three-day offsites are $6,000 and $9,000. Meals and guided activities are priced per person on top of the venue rate.
Yes — through our catering partner. Farm-to-table breakfast or lunch is $40 per person; a chef-prepared farm-to-table dinner in the chef's kitchen is $175 per person; heat-and-serve meals are $25 per person per meal. Menu selections and dietary requirements are confirmed 14 days before the event. Outside catering may be arranged with prior written approval.

Guided river walks ($25/person), yoga or mat Pilates ($40/person), horseback rides ($100/person, two-rider minimum), and use of the archery range ($200/hour, up to 4 shooters at a time) — all bookable as add-ons to any venue rental.
Yes — the two- and three-day offsite SKUs cover overnight buyouts. Three Day Off Peak is $6,000 and Three Day Peak is $9,000, giving your team exclusive use of the lodge, the land, and the river with no other guests.
Completely. Every corporate booking has exclusive use of all 246 acres — no other events, guests, or groups on the property.
One to three months ahead for day offsites; three to six months for multi-day offsites and premium fall or spring dates. Inquiries receive a response within 24 hours with available dates and a plain-language proposal.
A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date and the balance is due seven days before the event. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the event obligate payment of the full event fee. One date change may be requested at least 30 days in advance and will be accommodated subject to availability.
