The Experience
A multi-course dinner prepared by a local chef using ingredients sourced from our land and from Nassau County producers, served family-style on the covered porch of our cypress log home with 246 acres of ranch land and river as your backdrop.
The evening begins with a walk through the property to see the land and what we are building here. The herb garden. The flower fields. The pastures. Then wine and cocktails on the porch while the kitchen comes alive.
Four to five courses built around what is in season: spring greens and edible flowers, summer tomatoes and stone fruit, fall root vegetables and game, winter citrus and slow-braised meats. Every dietary accommodation handled without fuss: vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, paleo, kosher.
Dinner is served family-style at a single long table. The chef introduces each course with the story of where it came from. The conversation does the rest.
BYOB welcome, or we can arrange a curated wine and cocktail pairing at additional cost.
This experience is available as a standalone event, a rehearsal dinner, a retreat evening, or a private celebration for up to 20 guests.
