For post-exit founders, executives in transition, and individuals navigating life pivots — career, retirement, reinvention. A curated peer group of 10–16, selected by application for fit.

Wellness retreats (yoga, breathwork, meditation), corporate offsites and team-building, women's wellness gatherings, leadership retreats, and creative group programs. We also host the Executives in Transition retreat co-led by Ben Wright through Peak Adventures.
Our retreats are designed for intimate groups of 10 to 20 guests. Up to 20 can stay overnight on-property; smaller day retreats can accommodate larger groups when no overnight lodging is needed.
The Ranch House great room (indoor session space), the back deck and oak grove (outdoor session spaces), the fire pit, the river, and miles of soft trail. Fiber Wi-Fi runs throughout. AV setup is available on request.
Yes — full-property buyouts are designed for retreat leaders who bring their own students and curriculum. We hold the venue, the catering, and the logistics. Day-rate single-day rentals are also available for studio-led day retreats and teacher trainings.
Yes. Farm-to-table catering is available as an add-on at $85–110 per person per day. We accommodate full dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, paleo, etc.). Outside catering is also welcome with a reduced venue rental.
Three to six months ahead for most retreats; six to twelve months for premium spring and fall weekend dates. We'll respond to your inquiry within 24 hours with available dates and a custom proposal.
