The Land Itself
Is Healing.
A 246-acre sanctuary for wellness leaders, creative groups, and teams who want to remember what quiet sounds like.
A Venue. Not a Program.
River & Roots Ranch is a private retreat venue — 246 exclusive acres with river frontage, indoor and outdoor session spaces, farm-to-table catering, and on-site support. You bring the students, the curriculum, and the agenda. We hold the land, the meals, and the quiet.
Six published rental SKUs cover day, two-day, and three-day formats at peak and off-peak rates. Per-person add-ons — meals, guided river walks, yoga, horseback, archery — are priced à la carte so your proposal reads as one clear number.

Six ways to book the property.
Off Peak = Sunday through Wednesday bookings. Peak = Friday and Saturday bookings. Multi-day rentals are arranged as consecutive dates within either window. Prices are venue-only — see add-ons below.
A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your date. Balance is due seven days before the event.
Meals, guided experiences & extras.
Add anything below to your rental. Per-person items are charged per participating guest. Requests must be made at least 14 days before the event; horseback rides require two riders minimum, and the archery range fits four shooters at a time.
Menu selections and dietary requirements are confirmed 14 days before the event. Outside catering may be arranged with prior written approval. Florida sales tax and Nassau County tourist development tax apply.

What retreat leaders need to know.
What you get with the property.
Full-property exclusivity.
Your group is the only group on 246 acres. No other guests, no shared spaces, no scheduling conflicts.
Indoor and outdoor session spaces.
The Ranch House great room for indoor work, the back deck and oak grove for outdoor sessions. Easy to flow between them as the day requires.
On-site host, not a facilitator.
Someone from our team is on the land throughout your retreat — handling logistics, meals, and property questions. Your programming stays yours.
Farm-to-table catering, dietary-aware.
Optional catering priced per person, per meal. Vegan, gluten-free, paleo, allergies — we handle the kitchen so you can hold the room.
Lodging for up to 20.
The Ranch House sleeps 12; the rest of the group can stay nearby. We'll help you coordinate.
Fiber WiFi throughout.
Strong enough for hybrid sessions, media uploads, or whatever your program needs — and easy to turn off if you don't.
What Groups Ask First.
