Songwriters' Circle
Three or four Nashville- and Jacksonville-area songwriters around a bonfire. Original songs, the stories behind them, and farm-to-table appetizers under the stars. You hear the story before you hear the song. The sparks go up, a harmony catches you off guard, and you drive home humming.
Chef’s Table Dinner
A multi-course farm-to-table dinner prepared by a local chef, served family-style on the covered porch with 246 acres as your backdrop. Wine pairing available. You'll pass a platter to someone you met an hour ago. By dessert you'll have their number.
Pilates & Ponies
Door-to-door VIP day: luxury bus from Jacksonville, pilates in the pasture, mimosas and brunch, IV hydration, B12, Botox, facials, and a goodie bag ride home. Grass under your mat, a horse watching you hold a plank, mimosas after. You'll laugh more than you planned to.
Sunset Drift
Paddle upstream along 1.2 miles of private frontage, then stop paddling and let the river carry you home through the last hour of light. Stop paddling. Let the river do the work while the sky turns the water copper.
Blackwater Bream
Three hours on 1.2 miles of private blackwater with Abe at the tiller. Redbreast, bluegill, warmouth, and whatever else is holding in the timber. That tug on the line feels exactly like it did when you were nine.
The River Walk
A guided walk from the ranch house down to the St. Marys. Pine flatwoods, a floodplain that arrives without announcing itself, and a river that starts in the Okefenokee. Forty-five minutes, and your breathing slows down to match your steps.
The Strategic Bonfire
The conversation your offsite was actually for — around a fire near the river, facilitated, with no slides and no exercise anyone has to be told is safe. People say true things by a fire that they never say in a meeting room.
